Inspired

by Cormac O'Brien

by Cormac O'Brien

The 5th and 6th classes were inspired by the Impressionists such as Monet, Degas, and Renoir. Their paintings turned out very well. They used broken brush strokes and dabs to do their pictures.

Potter

And I don’t mean Harry!

We had a potter to show us how to make clay mugs, boxes and even cartoon characters. They turned out great. We would like to thank Christien Van Bussel the great potter who helped all of us.

The Titanic

On the 15th of April 2010 Luke Higashikawa of 6th class brought in a huge model of the titanic to commemorate  the great loss of life that occurred that night in 1912. He was inspired by the exhibition in City West, Dublin.

Since Luke brought in his excellent model of the Titanic many other students have been inspired to create artwork of the Titanic.
