Essay Competition

Children

Each autumn the school has its own “Essay Competition”. Students from third class to sixth write an essay that must be completed before Halloween. Last year the title of the essay was “What I like about being Irish”. This year’s essay title was “My Summer”.
Teachers and pupils alike spend weeks preparing the essays so competition is hot by the time Halloween comes around. This year Robyn Smith was the worthy winner of the competition. Her essay is published on the site with some of the other entries.
