School Reopens: Wednesday 31st August
Mid Term: Mon. 31st October to Fri. 4th November (inc.)
Christmas Closure: Closing Thursday 22nd December (half day)
Term 2
School Reopens: Monday 9th January
Mid Term: Monday 13th to Friday 17th February
(May have to work Monday to Wednesday if days are lost to snow etc ;)
St. Patrick's Day: Monday 19th March (falls Saturday 17th March)
Easter Closure: Friday 30th March (half day)

Term 3
School Reopens: Monday 16th April
Bank Holiday: Monday 7th May
Bank Holiday: Friday 1st of June and Monday 4th June
Summer Closure: Closing Friday 29th June (half day)
Transport will be provided at 12.30pm on the last day of each term.
The above calendar is drafted under the guidelines of the Department of Education and Skills (DES).
A number of ‘provisional’ closing dates were negotiated between the education partners in anticipation of unforeseen closures such as snow.
As always, families are requested to take the school calendar into account when arranging holidays.
